[Test Case]
- open Firefox,
- go to 'http://news.yahoo.com',
- make sure that a launcher icon appears when integration occurs,
- wait a little bit for some extra news, and make sure that notifications for them appear in the desktop,

Hello Alexandre, or anyone else affected,

Accepted unity-webapps-yahoonews into quantal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity-webapps-yahoonews/2.2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

Test Result:
- Script unity-webapps-yahoonews is installed.
- But Launcher icon doesn't appear.

Probably, the design has changed since then.

This package has been removed from the quantal-proposed queue due to failed SRU verification. Since there have been two stable releases of Ubuntu since quantal came out, it is unlikely that this bug will be fixed now; marking the task 'wontfix'.
