script get-iana doesn't work anymore + outdated default file /etc/firehol/RESERVED_IPS

Possibly the file format has been changed, or I cannot fetch the URL.

Firehol has updated this script, so it works with the new format, see :

Also the default file /etc/firehol/RESERVED_IPS is outdated and not reflecting current iana reservations.
