Bug Description
I unzipped Pycharm 2.6 to ~/Local/pycharm2.6, and ran the script that starts the app. It created a window and an icon in the launcher correctly, which I locked to the launcher. When I close Pycharm and click the icon it launches it correctly. So far so good.
Next I unzipped Pycharm 2.7 to ~/Local/pycharm2.7. I unlocked the old icon from the launcher and started Pycharm 2.7. I locked the Pycharm 2.7 icon to the launcher. And closed Pycharm. So far everything is correct.
However, if I now click the Pycharm 2.7 launcher icon, it actually launches Pycharm 2.6! Wtf?

Further information: I've now deleted the pycharm2.6 directory. Clicking the launcher icon now does nothing (it throbs for a bit).
I then ran Pycharm 2.7. It gives an icon in the launcher but it has the generic grey question mark icon instead of the Pycharm logo. If I lock it, then quit Pycharm and click it. It just throbs and does nothing.
