Bug Description
Stellarium 0.12.0 - Problem: zooming on a tablet is difficult to handle
On a tablet with Windows 8 it is not possible to use multi-touch gestures for zooming (or rotating). They just do nothing in Stellarium.
The tablet is an Acer W510 (if this matters).
A workaround is ending fullscreen mode, bringing up the Windows desktop onscreen keyboard and use it for zooming (nothing you want to do again and again).
Another option to solve this would be to add buttons in the lower button bar to zoom in and to zoom out. They could be made optional like the buttons for showing nebula images or mirroring the view (flip buttons) which are controlled by checkboxes in the configuration / navigation window.

Sooner or later stellarium is going to need to conform to the simplified tablet interface.
I suggest two separate interfaces here. One rich interface for the desktop and a dumbed-down interface for touch devices. Either that, or make it a switchable option in the config.ini file.
One thing that would be disastrous would be making it a touch-only interface. Check the complaints for windows 8 and apple iTunes version 11. Just not a happy thing.
