Bug Description
The attached DVI file appears as expected when converted to PDF or PS using dvipdf or dvips. However, dcisvgm draws all the letters at the origin.

Sorry, but I can't reproduce the issue. The attached dvi file converts correctly here.
Do you have Ghostscript installed and is it available through the search path? If dvisvgm tells you that PostScript support is disabled or "dvisvgm -l" doesn't list entry "ps", the file can't be converted properly. So please ensure that Ghostscript is available.
