Problem of the top bar

Welcome. Brothers, the people of Linux as you can see from the title has occurred to me is a serious problem and is the disappearance of the upper menu bar and also lateral. Experimented with a range of solutions like remove fusion icon or compiz fusion because I you upgradeit and this unity is not updated through software, but through synaptic. I hope the solution has tired and I did not find private Version 13.04 new and rare to find solutions. Besides, I read the subject warns update beta version, but I did not do only because I update unity and compiz through my synaptic then I find ubuntu become 13.04 I hope the solution I dropes in a dengerous problem.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. The 13.04 release reached EOL on January 27, 2014.
