Bug Description
Our application needs to set several custom headers, including User-Agent. Unfortunately the functions in ResourceStorer do not expose the extra_hdrs variable that Connection functions use. We're attaching a patch that
1. adds extra_hdrs in ResourceStorer
2. adds a User-Agent header option in Connection
3. Fixed several unicode encoding issues
