Clicking "Run Selected Tests" doesn't show Trace.WriteLine() output

Bug Description

When debugging by "Debug Selected Tests", then it shows the Trace.WriteLine() from Debug window output, but when use "Run Selected Tests", it doesn't show the Trace.WriteLine() in output window(debug).

OS: Windows 2008 R2 SP1, VS 2012 Ultimate, NUnit Test Adapter (Beta 4)

I also confirmed that Debug.Print() doesn't work when "Run Selected Tests"

I verified that this is no longer a problem in the current build due to earlier changes.
