Ticket Status should be displayed when ticket is displayed

Bug Description
When a ticket is displayed, the status of the ticket is not visibly shown. You have to expand the "Launchpad Answers question" box and then search for the status in grey. It should be shown in a more visible place such as the line which displays the the summary:
e.g. " <Open> Question #7093, asked 1 hours ago by Joey Stanford " or "<Answered> Question #7093, asked 1 hours ago by Joey Stanford "
