CONFIG_CPU_FREQ is disabled for Panda since the 13.03 release. This is a workaround needed for Panda ES to boot (Panda ES hangs otherwise).

Please ignore comment #3, that is for TI Panda 4460.

For TI Panda 4430, several test cases failed, but no kernel panic occurred. The image is Linux Linaro Raring ubuntu:
