Can't really touch these until the Analysis & Design group decides on a database structure...
I'm not even sure what the point of these SQL files are. Are they just kept to act as a sort of guide on how to setup the database for the DuggaSys module? If so, they shouldn't even be part of the final system and instead be broken out into a readme or documentation or something.
