Bug Description
If you try and run today with a downloaded image you get messages like these:
Connecting to cdimage.ubuntu.com (cdimage.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 416 Requested Range Not Satisfiable
The file is already fully retrieved; nothing to do.
The idea is to not attempt to download if you have already verified that the download is successful.
