Bug Description

This actually is no bug. We're asking for a hook to be integrated in tx_dlf_toc. It is being needed for customization purposes, see attached patch (which refers to r157).

I don't understand the purpose of this hook. The menu configuration can be set in the backend:

plugin.tx_dlf_toc.menuConf {

...

}

See dlf/plugins/toc/setup.txt for an example (which is the default configuration).
