austrian repository mirror broken

The Austrian mirror of the ubuntu standard repositories is incomplete or broken. ( at.archive.ubuntu.com )
For more than a week, the packages around "samba*" and now "vim*" cannot be downloaded, because they are not found.
If i switch to the main repository all those packages are available and everything updates as expected.
Therefore something must be broken with the mirroring process.
Security updates are maybe affected, too.

Is the austrian mirror fixed since then ? It still points to the master mirror:

same problem with indonesian mirror: id.archive.ubuntu.com

i'm tired with support calls that people cant install many stuffs,
even the most basic one like flashplugin-nonfree will give 404 error not found.

temporary fix: change to other indonesian mirror: dl2.foss-id.web.id

suggestion for permanent fix: point id.archive.ubuntu.com to dl2.foss-id.web.id

I've subscribed the Ubuntu Mirror Admin. If I'm wrong, it would be really nice if u-m-a could redirect to the right team.
