Bug Description
With the latest changes I can't build from a fresh checkout:
$ make
PATH=`pwd`:$PATH ./bake-bootstrap --configure library-directory=
/bin/sh: 1: ./bake-bootstrap: not found
make: *** [Recipe.conf] Error 127
$
