empathy cannot add yahoo account

Bug Description

Hello. I can't add yahoo account in empathy. The add acount dialog shows but it only has done and cancel button. No account info form or anything else.

Here is my OS info:
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Raring Ringtail (development branch)
Release: 13.04
$ apt-cache policy empathy
empathy:
  Installed: 3.6.4-0ubuntu2
  Candidate: 3.6.4-0ubuntu2
  Version table:

please attach the empathy debug log file while reproducing this bug ?
