One of the download threads often hangs

Bug Description
I have noticed that one of the download threads usually hangs, and starts running several seconds (up to 10) after the others finish. That makes apt-fast work slower than apt-get alone.
Maybe an automatic restart of frozen threads would help.

apt-fast is a simple shell-wrapper around apt-get/aptitude and uses aria2 to download files. Therefore this is probably an aria2 issue.
