update help to specify 'package' instead of 'project'

Bug Description

A top-level Recipe has variables 'package.name' and 'package.version'. In the help these are called 'project.name' and 'project.version', so the help needs to be brought up to date.

Hmm, I think project is the better name. I'll update the code and keep the documentation :)

I think I've spent too much time doing debian packaging so everything looks like a package!
