Bug Description

Hi all,

There are little logical bug using a HSI88 interface, connected throught USB with a USB-serial converter using CDC context.
It means for example cheap Microchip MCP2200 chips.

The problem is, that CDC context not allow to propagate status of CTS signal. It is responsibility of converter to handle valid states of RTS/CTS signals and data are buffered and handled on USB level.

Little problem is, that windows report status of CTS as =0
Once I'm trying to conect my HSI88 device, I'm getting error messages "CTS timeout during requesting version"

(I'm using old version 2.0)

Jindra
