Support more then 100% volume

One of the features of VLC that I often use is its capability to 'boost' the volume up to 200%. This comes in handy when the volume of videos is not that loud, especially in combination with laptop speakers or cheap headphones.

It would be nice if Audience could support this or a similar feature (I know audience uses the system volume controls).

FYI, I tried merging your branch with the lp:audience branch I had, but that gave some conflicts. So please make sure that it merges without any issues before proposing to merge this.
Also, separate branches for separate bugfixes allow for easier reviewing of a branch for merging.

@Chris, as Cody already mentioned, Tom's branch has been merged. The differences are small... only 2 files with small conflicts, but not entirely obvious on how to resolve.

@Pim, Tom told that he got the parts that he needed from my branch. The thing we need to decide now is whether we want to control both sink's volume and system's volume... I believe both is the correct choice..

i think we always want volume to be handled by system right? thats way its hard coded in audience to 1.0
if we want to have a slider for our volume we should take bug #1095168 into consideration
