Bug Description
When Mahara is configured to SSO out to Moodle, switching to Moodle will fail for users whose usernames are longer than 30 characters. This is probably due to a restriction in the "username" field of the "sso_session" table. This problem occurs with PostgreSQL, not with MySQL.
