(Feisty final) k3b says Success whereas mkisofs failed

Bug Description

Binary package hint: k3b

1) I launched a DVD burn of a directory.
2) My fault: I removed a file from this directory (a .swp file, by exiting vim).
3) mkisofs is surprised that a file has disappeared, and fails, which is normal.

What I would have expected:
4a) k3b says that mkisofs failed and declares the burn as a failure.
What really happened:
4b) k3b goes on burning and says the burn was a success.

The attached screenshot shows everything.

I don't have a DVD burner so I tried testing this by burning a CD on Gutsy.

1) Launched CD burn of a directory.
2) remove a file from this directory.
3) burn completes successfully

When I checked the CD the burn is fine, including the file I moved which is odd. Maybe I didn't move the file quickly enough or maybe this only occurs with DVDs and not CDs. Anyway, not sure if that's helpful or not.
