Small adjustment for robustness of run-program in LispWorks

Bug Description

The attached patch makes the run-program labels function return the stream in LispWorks rather than the pid and changes process-result to use system:pipe-exit-status instead of system:pid-exit-status. This is better because LispWorks automatically reaps subprocesses, so the pid is not guaranteed to be unique.
