when i open gtkpod, i get a window that pops up and says: iTunesDB '/media/ROSEYS NANO/iPod_Control/iTunes/iTunesCDB' does not match checksum in extended information file '/media/ROSEYS NANO/iPod_Control/iTunes/iTunesCDB.ext' gtkpod will try to match the information using SHA1 checksums. This may take a long time.

Have you waited to see if it ever resolves the checksum? Please provide more detail, upload the logs from gtkpod if applicable.
