Bug Description
This time it when browsing quickly through some pictures using eye of gnome picture viewer. But it happens regularly on several occasions also when using flash or HTLM5 streams. The Session crashes either by freezing compiz/unity or even a complete logout. So filing a bug report immediately is problematic.

Switching to unity-2d seems to solve the problem, but it is not an ideal solution of course.
I wonder if it has to do with an overheated GPU. But I don't know how track GPU temp
