Bug Description
Aggregate Loss Curve computation may fail when there is a not equal number of gmvs per location.
Moreover, Loss Curve computation may fail (this is a general problem not related to Event Based) if a computed loss ratio is bigger than 1.
You can find attached the configuration files needed to reproduce the error
