Bug Description
Classical Risk Calculator allows calculating contributions to the losses in a specific point (given a probability of exceedance) in terms of taxonomy.
So for each point defined in the exposure model, we want to know which taxonomy contributed and how much.
A nrml format has been defined for that purpose called loss-fractions.
We need to add a new output type that reflects such format, and make the calculator output (for each set of given poes) a loss fraction map. The poes will be specified in the config file with the param poes_disagg
