Bug Description
In the home-lens (or scope?), the news items have very short names, and headlines are hard make out. I thought right-clicking should give me at least a preview with the headline spelled out.
Upon right-clicking on a news item, however, the Dash displays a busy symbol, and eventually stops working, crashing to the desktop. The resulting error report window doesn't have any title bar anymore, and any subsequent window doesn't either. This is most likely compiz crashing.
Also, when pressing the power button to reboot the machine, no reboot options (this new "Goodbye <username>" dialog) are shown.
Workaround for me: Press CTRL+ALT+F1, login, and restart lightdm.

Hmm with no stacktrace im going to make this a duplicate as the other crash that has a fixed committed. (Which dealt with going into preview mode).
If you continue to get a crash please submit a stacktrace! Thanks!
