[FFe] integrating new software components from Ubuntu Touch preview into the raring archive

Bug Description

There are a number of new software components (NEW packages) that have been created or packaged as part of the Ubuntu Touch work. I propose a blanket FFe for these NEW packages, since they will have no impact on existing seeds / images.

Required changes to existing packages for Ubuntu Touch integration are out of scope for this FFe, and should be evaluated separately.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1159910/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

I think this is an eminently reasonable approach. As long as there are archive admins with time to do the New review, this is low risk and will allow the developers to maintain their velocity.

milestone: none → ubuntu-13.04

Marking fix released as I'm cleaning up the list of bugs the release team is subscribed to.

The remaining touch bits are still covered by bug 1208989 which I'll keep open until we release.
