Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Use Chrome on Android
2. Tap on service svg element to trigger the option popup
3. Tap on 'View' to view the service
4. Tap the Juju logo to return to '/'
You will now see that the service element you clicked on has jumped across the screen but no drag event was triggered because no annotations were sent back to the server.
