Bug Description

The drapper drake version of tar (1.15.1) suffers from a multivolume problem making tape backups fail (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tar/+bug/88959). This has been fixed in Feisty Fawn by using tar 1.16. Please backport 1.16 to Drapper Drake.
