Bug Description

When I add the secondary-toolbar class to my toolbar, each RadioToolButton added to the toolbar does have a different margin when hovering or not, it looks really strange when using it.

Hey Corentin, is there any way I can get a screenshot of the issue? Even better would be a bit of code I can test locally :)

Okay, it seems that this bug only happens when the toolbar is inside a Granite.Widgets.DynamicNotebook
