All window buttons stopped working after upgrade

Bug Description

Just upgraded to 6.12.0daily13.03.20-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 13.04 amd64 beta version. The minimize, maximize and close buttons of normal windows have stopped working for all applications. This happens once I maximize any window and then unmaximize it. The buttons on menu bar just seem to get disabled and mouse clicks don't work. I can't move any window either.
