Add Scottish Gaelic translation for GUI of Inno Setup

Bug Description

I have just finished translating Inno Setup into Scottish Gaelic. Can this be added to the installer for the next Windows build, so it will be there when I finish my translation of Stellarium?

Download from http://www.foramnagaidhlig.net/stuth/bathar-bog/inno-setup.zip

Copy ScotsGaelic.isl to C:\Program Files (x86)\Inno Setup 5\Languages, then add the following line to the .iss file:

Name: "gla"; MessagesFile: "compiler:Languages\ScotsGaelic.isl"
