svn-buildpackage depends on svn_load_dirs script, which is missing because of a DFSG repack of subversion package

Bug Description

Binary package hint: svn-buildpackage

Because the licensing of the svn_load_dirs script was unclear, it was removed from the subversion package in Debian. However, removing that script breaks this package. This resulted in a couple of bugs similar to this one being filed in the Debian BTS, such as #399661, which were fixed in svn-buildpackage-0.6.16. Could this be a candidate for a stable release update?

Have we got a workaround for feisty or does one need to follow workarounds mentioned in Debian's #399661 ?

A stable release update would be very much appreciated!!

No action on this for three years, the relevant fix is about to go into Debian oldstable. Invalid bug.
