lacking LTS Enablement Stacks in built image

Bug Description

ubuntu-defaults-builder: 0.47

Ubuntu official image of 12.04.2 has LTS Enablement Stack such as linux-generic-lts-quantal xserver-xorg-lts-quantal.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack
But a image built with ubuntu-defaults-builder does not have those.

It would be helpful if we can build localized images with LTS Enablement Stack to hold it to a official image as close as possible. It will reduce QA cost of localized one, I think.

Nobuto, it seems this bug is fixed now - I've build new image with ubuntu-defaults-builder 0.31.3 (this version is almost identical to 0.31.2 from precise-updates) yesterday and this image contains LTS Hardware Enablement Stack, see these lines from binary.log file:

Mantas, thanks for the info.

I have tried it again, then no luck.
However it turned out that the work for lts-enablement stack was done on livecd-rootfs package in precise-updates.

ubuntu-defaults-builder uses config in livecd-rootfs package as is just like:
 $ ln -s "/usr/share/livecd-rootfs/live-build/auto/$f" auto/

We have to use precise to build a image of precise with lts-enablement stack.

Depending on maintenance policy of livecd-rootfs package, further works can be done in livecd-rootfs. Closing this to ubuntu-defaults-builder for now.
