Bug Description
Test case:
start computer
start terminal
maximize it
start firefox
maximize it
move mouse to the right most point in the middle of the screen (widow frame or scrollbar edge)
press left mouse button
The Firefox window would be lowered. Terminal raises.
Expected behaviour: nothing happens or scroll bar gets focus.
Probably relates to bug #772612.
