Close, minimize etc. buttons on windows borders stop working in random windows

After compiz update on Ubuntu 13.04 x64 close, minimize etc. buttons on windows borders of opened windows stop working in random windows. I can't drag them also, only with pressed Alt button.

Cannot close, Minimize or unmaximize windows Like "Terminal" or "Firefox", this is happening randomly. When mouse icon pass over the controls, they cant "light". When i press over them, the windows lose the focus and if there are others behind, the focus change to them.

WorkArroud.

Unmaximize Window. After doing this the controls can respond in the window affected by this bug.

It happend also to me usieng gnome-panel desktop and a upgraded 13.04 from 12.10...

I have a situation like that. in my case I can't close a some window1, which I want to close, but window2 have closed, which is situated under window1.
My OS is Ubuntu 13.04, installed on empty partition. I use gnome and cairo (gnome-panels are disabled, I use an cairo docks only).
