Bug Description

When i run any app in maximized windows i can take titlebar and bring down window (de-maximize) and everything looks fine.
But when i maximize it again and de-maximize the title bar (and buttons on it) becomes not clickable.

If i run app in normal window (not maximized) problem appear after maximize and first de-maximize.

Only way to move window in this situation is use LMB with ALT key.

Its critical bug

First time it appears when i installed compiz 9.9.2 on ubuntu 12.10 (gnome-classic).

Because of that bug i decided to install ubuntu 13.04 and use unity frontend. But after installation i saw that problem still exists.
There is no matter what drivers i use (noveau or latest nvidia). Problem appears even on pure guest account with default settings of unity.
