[FFE] new gexiv2 version

Yorba has released an updated gexiv2 which missed feature freeze due to time being taken on the Shotwell release.

The desktop team would like to request a FFE for the update. Yorba has been rolling updates synchronized with our release cycle for years, and always delivered good quality software, we see no reason to not include the new version of gexiv2 in raring.

This new version is required for the pygexiv2 migration (bug 1074028).

Tested and confirmed it works with shotwell. Packaging is in lp:~robert-ancell/gexiv2/update-0.6.0

entangle is another reverse dependency; please check it doesn't depend on any removed API and continues to work.

If so, I don't see much reason to object since the transition is only two packages. I don't see any especially compelling reason /for/ the transition, though - the pygexiv2 stuff isn't targetted for raring and no packages need the new API.

There's one bug fix in the version though. At least that's all I can see.

Anyway, approved if you test entangle and follow through on the transition this week.

Confirmed entangle works with the new version, will update once gexiv2 flows into the archive.
