Bug Description
got several errors when system was restarted. Also had errors accessing the system log while trying to auto report the problem. This has been a common problem since update to 12.4.

SO what happens now??. I am still getting the "system program error" pop up windows. Sometimes it's almost like a video game as to what to click cancel on. If you press "report the problem" you get 2 or 3 other errors. Plus each time you click ""report" you have to put in your password, every time. Being logged in as a user should be enough.
