adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.273 doesn't install

Bug Description

The flashplugin-installer hangs during installation - with the following line in the terminal:
flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.273.orig.tar.gz
No network activity is happening.
If I copy the URL from there into the browser - I get a 404 not found. Wonder where did that file go?
So:
1. The file that is required is not on the canonical's server
2. The installer should not just hang there and not respond to CTRL-C or anything whatsoever when there is an error.

11.2.202.273 is an outdated version with known security vulnerabilities. Is the flashplugin-nonfree package itself up to date? As for the installer hanging, it probably should timeout and report '404' or 'unable to download' after a certain period of time.

I'm on Ubuntu 12.10
This is the update that is being offered to me from the quantal-updates/multiverse
Currently I have 11.2.202.243 installed
I'm being offered 11.2.202.273ubuntu0.12.10.1
Why am I being pushed an outdated version? My system is completely uptodate otherwise.

adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.275 became available today - got downloaded without issues.
An issue still remains - installer should respond to CTRL-C or at least time out at reasonable time - I see people on the web are having major issues because of this when they do distupgrade.
