the new version of emacs is available - it would be great to see gtk3 build in ppa.

EMACS 24.3 will be available in this PPA as soon as it is on http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/e/emacs24. This is because all the packages I build are adaptations of debian ones. If you see emacs 24.3 in a Debian FTP and not in this PPA, please send me an email.
