q-admin: update or remove appendix B

appendix B of the quantum admin guide lists every option in every ini file. The set of ini files has grown significantly in grizzly (largely due to additional plugins) and the set of values in existing ini files has grown as well.

we should either update this section (perhaps limiting scope of which ini files are included?) or remove it if we cannot update it.

Hi Alex, before you start working on this, I think someone from the docs team may have already or soon will be handing this issue. Docs team, can you confirm/deny? This is the bug I sent Diane an email about with regards to whether we can automate. I thought I saw a corresponding patch proposed.

Should this be assigned to Tom? I'm worried about shipping grizzly docs with outdated examples. It seems like at the least we should put a warning in or remove this section temporarily.
