Worksheets not sorting copies by branch

Bug Description
Lineitem copies (details) were set to be sorted by branch ('owning_lib') by default. However this was not happening because the lineitem_details 'owning_lib' referenced a fieldmapper object (not an id or name). This submission sets the owning_lib to the shortname so that sorting can occur in the intended way.

Tested and pushed to master, 2.4, and 2.3.
I modified the commit to give it a one-line title as well.
Note, that normally this kind of change requires an upgrade script, but since these templates may be locally modified, I've merged the changes without the upgrade.
