Muon notifier from kubuntu backports not working with kde 4.10

Bug Description

Hi,

after upgrading to kde 4.10, the muon notifier does not appear anymore. The apper notifier still works. Muon itself seems to work.

Hope this helps shaping up kde 4.10 on kubuntu.

Probably the same bug as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt-xapian-index/+bug/1006101

Muon finds that some files are unreadable and instead of saying so, it pretends that they are empty.

While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.
