Bug Description

As flufl.enum will likely get pulled into the Python stdlib (see PEP 435), we need to do releases with a PCA-compatible license.

We'll use the Apache license, since it's also GPL compatible:

Actually, this is not necessary to donate to Python, so we'll keep our copy under the LGPLv3+
