Please sync bootp 2.4.3-16.1 from Debian unstable.

The only Ubuntu change was:
  * debian/control: Add update-inetd to bootp's dependencies (Closes Ubuntu: #76008)

Now it is fixed in latest Debian version:
bootp (2.4.3-16.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload durin BSP.
  * Depend on update-inetd for postrm.
  * conditional call of update-inetd in postrm. (Closes: #416670)
