GLX unavailable on amd64

Bug Description

Hi,
as of a couple of weeks ago, I can no longer use GLX.
When I try to run blender, i get:
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
ERROR: Unable to open Blender window

I believe this is because there isn't currently a driver for amd64 in Ubuntu. I
think that one has become available from nVidia recently, and Daniel is working
on incorporating it

nope, just a duplicate of transient bustage
