Test Needed: Thunderbird

Thunderbird is the default email application for ubuntu. There exists a set of manual tests for that can be converted and built upon if desired:

Otherwise, major features and basic interactons with main email providers should be focused first. Proper menu interactions (because of global menu integration) have been a source of bugs in the past and would be useful for finding distribution specific bugs and regressions.

This is difficult to introspect with autopilot and may not be entirely possible. Check first with

autopilot launch -i Gtk thunderbird
autopilot vis

This has been deemed not possible at the moment, due to lack of support for introspection. This is unlikely to change, and thus I don't envision a test utilizing autopilot as happening for this app. Thanks for those who tried!
